Ashley M. Pratt is an attorney with Gray, Rust, Moffett & Brieske, LLP, where she focuses her practice on civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ashley was a Litigation Attorney at an insurance defense firm where she represented insurance companies and insureds in automobile accident lawsuits. Her experience in litigation provides her with a strong understanding of case strategy, advocacy, and client representation.
Ashley earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in criminal justice from the University of Mississippi. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law. During law school, Ashley was actively involved in several organizations and leadership roles, including serving as President of the Black Law Student Association. She was also a member of The Arkansas Journal of Social Change and Public Service and participated on the BLSA Mock Trial Team, where she developed and refined her courtroom advocacy skills.
Following graduation, Ashley continued building her litigation and trial experience while serving an Assistant Solicitor General for Fulton County, Georgia, where she represented the state in criminal matters and gained valuable courtroom experience.
While away from the office, Ashley enjoys traveling, playing sports, and spending time with her friends and family.
