Grace Chung is an attorney at Gray, Rust, Moffet, & Brieske, LLP and currently focuses her practice on civil litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Grace was a litigation attorney for a civil defense law firm in Atlanta, Georgia focusing on general liability matters. She previously worked as a law clerk at the Georgia Medicaid Fraud and Patient Protection Division at the Attorney General Office that was focused on investigating and prosecuting fraud and abuse by providers in the Georgia Medicaid program and to protect vulnerable patients from abuse.
Although an Atlanta native, Grace briefly left the state to obtain her bachelor’s degree in both history and communications from Boston College, where she graduated cum laude. Before attending law school, Grace worked in New York City at a global cosmetics and beauty company and a multinational law firm. Grace later moved back to her home state to attend law school at Georgia State University College of Law where she earned her Health Law Certificate. During her second and third year at law school, she earned a position within its Moot Court team where she competed both years and went on to represent her team at nationals at the Tang Moot Court Competition—hosted by the National Pacific American Bar Association’s Law Foundation. At nationals, she and her Moot Court partner finished as semi-finalists; Grace earned second place as Best Oralist.
Grace is licensed in the state of Georgia.
In her free time, Grace enjoys taking her rescue pups to the park, running every Thursday with the Atlanta Track Club with her partner, spending time with her friends and family, and reading.
