Madison D. Pinkney is an attorney with Gray, Rust, Moffett & Brieske, LLP in Atlanta. Her practice is centered around defending commercial businesses in civil litigation matters, namely concerning complex transportation and premises liability issues. Prior to joining Gray, Rust, Moffett & Brieske, she practiced at a firm in Georgia defending insured drivers and insurance companies.
Madison obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While at Levin, Madison was a coach, competitor, and Executive Board member of the Florida Moot Court Team where she gained valuable experience in oral argument and appellate brief writing. She also received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award after earning the highest grade amongst her peers as a participant in Levin’s Mediation Clinic.
In her free time, Madison enjoys baking, true crime, and spending time at the Georgia Aquarium with her son.
