Cynthia Boakye-Yiadom is an attorney at Gray, Rust, Moffet, & Brieske LLP. Her practice focuses on General liability, including wrongful death, product and premises liability. She is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.
Cynthia obtained her bachelor’s degree in liberal studies and economics with a minor in French from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, GA in 2004. She gained significant professional experience in supply chain management and business formation before entering law school in Fall 2020.
Cynthia obtained her Juris Doctor with an emphasis in Business law and Entrepreneurship from the University of Idaho College of Law. Whiles in law school, she was the president of the Women’s Law Caucus and a managing editor of the Critical Legal Research Journal. Additionally, her article on ‘Recent Supreme Court Decisions to Patent Eligibility’ was selected for publication in the September 2022 of The Advocate, the official publication of the Idaho State Bar. She also received the CALI award for best contract drafting in Fall 2021.
Cynthia is licensed in all Superior and State courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, as well as the United States District Court of the Northern District of Georgia. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, and Defense Research Institute.
Prior to joining the firm, Cynthia was an associate attorney with an Insurance Defense firm where she represented insurance companies and insureds on automobile accident cases.
Cynthia lives in Chamblee with her daughter. She enjoys traveling, reading and playing ping pong.
